Next day 7 of November i will be teaching at Kokoro Studio.

An online class called:

Aesthetics and photography workflows for kinbaku: Post production.

Buy a ticket now.

In this workshop we will continue talking and explaining about proper workflows for kinbaku photography. This time we will focus mainly in the post production stage: how to process the images to deliver an interesting result. A good post production workflow allows you to get excellent results from your photo session, but also allows you to do it in a fast, efficient way. We will learn workflows for outdoor and indoor photography, how to shoot with a specific workflow in mind, how the hardware and the set up in production can affect the post production, and how to configure it properly.

We will use real life examples, we will see some behind the scenes, and also how modern photo retouching software allow us to get the most from our images through advanced tools. Finally we will use elements like curves or color to give all our images a personal touch. If the attendants are interested we can also explain how to watermark and censor in an elegant and non intrusive way. Last 30 minutes will be for Q&A.

In the flyer you can see several steps from the original picture (a photo of the beautiful performance Dasniya Sommer and @tamanduakinbaku did at #Eurix several years ago) to the final image.

The light conditions at the performance stage were not optimal*, because Eurix had to move from schwelle 7 to a new place, but through some basic editing techniques it was possible to get an amazing final image 🙂

Tickets for the workshop:

* This is very unusual because Felix is extremely good in light design!
